One year ago today I anxiously sat by the computer, hitting refresh every 5 minute, waiting for that all important email telling me when my daughter would be coming home. One year ago today I got that email. Our adoption process was coming to an end. The emotions I was feeling that day are rushing back to me. I can't even right this post without getting all chocked up. We were PINK, PINK, PINK. What an amazing day. Little did I know what the Lord had in store for us. It's been a journey, an incredible journey and by no means is it over.

For those who are still waiting for your children, the day will come.

I am so happy I got to be there to help you thru you last leg of your adoption process.. It was a blessing to be able to help you bring Faith home.. She is such a beautiful little girl.. She is getting bigger each time you post pictures of her..

I was also blessed with having a wonderful friendship out of being there in Guatemala with you n your family.. I can't wait to see you all again soon..

Just stumbled onto your blog. Our pink came while I was in Guatemala on April 22, so I know how you feel about the emotions rushing back. I'm saving your blog so I can go back and read your journey! We have 3 boys and one daughter (she's from Guatemala!)
